Robert Ojeda is Chief of the San Antonio Fire Department, where he has served since 1973. His father, a San Antonio firefighter, died in the line of duty in 1975.

Chief Ojeda received an associate's degree from San Antonio College and a bachelor's degree from Southwest Texas State University. He has served as Chief of the San Antonio Fire Department since 1993.
