Lissette Garcia joined the Foundation in 2011. Prior to joining the Foundation, Lissette lived in Philadelphia, PA and worked as a Financial Analyst and Business Systems Analyst for a health insurance company (Independence Blue Cross) for 10 years. Moved to Maryland in 2010 and joined the Foundation's staff as a receptionist at their Crofton office. Lissette currently resides in Gambrills, MD with her family.
