We ask that families submit pictures of their loved ones so that we may use them in our tributes at the National Memorial Weekend and on our website. The photograph can be one of your loved one in department uniform or you may submit a favorite pose.

In order for the photos to be useable for both print and web tributes please submit photos that meet the following requirements:

• Photos should be 300 dpi at 3.5" wide x 5" high
• Photo should be in TIFF format
• We need a portrait or close-up photograph. No large group photographs please.
• If photo that meets the above is not available you can mail us a photo on disk or the original photo. (No scanned photos please)

To mail us a copy of the photo via regular mail, please package in a protective mailer and send a copy to:

We will not be able to return photographs, so please make a copy before sending it. Label photographs, disks, and files clearly with the firefighter's name.
